Some good quality presented papers at CINE 2017 will be invited for further extension and resubmission for inclusion in IJNCR journal as a special issue (indexed in IET INSPEC, DBLP, ACM Digital Library etc.)


All accepted and registered paper authors have to invariably present the papers at the conference. The authors from abroad who could not make their physical presence might be allowed SKYPE presentation through video-conferencing. Non presented papers will not be sent to IEEE publications.

Call for Paper

CINE is designed to provide a platform for scientists from Computational Intelligence, Control & Communication Networks to meet and exchange ideas, collaborate and work together. It also proposes to focus on all aspects of emerging technologies with modern computing techniques especially areas which require very high precision.
