Jammu &amp; Kashmir and the North Eastern States( Other than States of Manipur, Mizoram and Nagaland) then no need to be take prior permission.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-double\" style=\"border-color:#e0dede;border-top-width:1px;border-bottom-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"transform:translate3d(0,0,0);\"><h3>Guidelines to obtain Indian Visa<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p>All foreign nationals intending to participate in the Congress\/ meeting, except those of Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives, are required to obtain an Indian VISA. There is no provision for \u2018VISA on Arrival\u2019 in India. No fee is charged for immigration facilities at the airports. VISA can be applied for in person or by post at the High commission\/Embassy based in the country from where the participant intends to depart for India.<\/p>\n<p>VISA application form is available at the office of the Indian Embassy in the capital and other major cities of the country of your residence. All NRIs\/PIOs, including children (who don\u2019t possess OCI or PIO card) need to apply for VISA in separate VISA forms. All the participants are advised to apply for either Tourist VISA or Conference VISA only.
