Call for Paper (CFP) for “2^nd International Conference on Management Research”

Date: Feb 26-27 (Saturday-Sunday), 2022. Organized by KIIT School of Management, KIIT Deemed to be University

Authors Guideline

1. The papers should be on the theme of “Chaos, Complexity, and Resilience: Business and Society in Pandemic Context”
2. Each paper must indicate the sub-theme to which the paper belongs (refer https://event.kiit.ac.in/icmr2022/pandemic-context/ ).
3. Author details must be available for each authors
4. Name, contact number, email id, affiliation, address
5. ORCID
6. Abstracts can be submitted for acceptance and review. The abstract should be detailed enough to make a decision. The main article can be submitted later.
7. Authors should indicate the paper type: Empirical/ Conceptual/ Review/ or any other
8. Paper should have a structured abstract
9. Keywords: 5-6
   • Suggested format
   • Title
   • Abstract (200-250 words)
   • Introduction
   • Literature review
   • Research objective
   • Methodology
   • Analysis/ Discussion (Should include relevance, theoretical and social contribution, and future scope)
   • Conclusion
10. Referencing and in-text citation style: APA 7^th edition
11. Article should not be normally not less than 5000 words
12. Table, graphs, figures must be numbered with captions (above the Table/ Figure/ Graph) and should be referred in the text and should be within the article.
13. Papers will be checked for plagiarism and sent for double blind review. All papers should be written in 12 point Times New Roman and justified. The line spacing should be 1.5 and there should be space after paragraphs.

The review comments are to be included subsequently and re-submitted within prescribed time limit.

13. At least two suggested reviewers (Name, Contact number, Email id, and affiliations). The suggested reviewers should not be from the same organization as that of any authors. Though the names of the reviewers are asked for, it is not necessary that the article will be sent to them.

Best Paper Awards

• One Best Paper Award – INR 10000
• Two Second Best Paper Awards – INR 5000

Selected papers will be published in different reputed journals (regular or special issue) and edited books. The journal and book information will be updated continually. Upon selection, the papers processing will be as per the specific journal or book policy and style. Depending upon authors’ choice, few articles will be selected for publication in the journal Parikalpana (KIIT School of Management).
