REGISTRATION

1. Registration is mandatory for all the delegates.
2. The conference registration includes:
   • Registration kit and gift (Gift not applicable for spot registration and accompanying person)
   • Conference attendance certificate.
   • 3 Breakfasts, 3 Lunches, one Banquet and one Presidential dinner coupons.
3. Delegates registering via spot registration will not be permitted for scientific paper and poster presentation.
4. The registration fee does not cover accommodation or transportation.
5. Accommodation will be available to the first 200 student registrations in the International Hostel (tariff Rs. 2000/-). For booking, kindly contact the concerned personnel (contact provided in ACCOMMODATION SECTION IN THE WEBSITE)
6. Payment can be done via online payment modes only – UPI (BHIM, PhonePe, Google Pay, PayTM), NEFT, Internet Banking. No Demand Draft via post will be accepted.
7. Confirmation of registration payment will be sent via email after Seven Working days of the registration.
8. Conference ID will be provided within 7 days of registration.
9. Documents required for filling up the registration form:
   • Soft copy of passport size photograph (JPEG format)
   • Transaction details screenshot (JPEG format)

QR code is not available due to technical difficulties. In order to transfer the registration fee, kindly avail the “Bank Transfer” option in your banking app of choice and enter the account details as mentioned above.
