TA / DA and charges as per the category opted will have to be borne by sponsoring organizations / participants.
The Registration fee includes Conference kit, Conference Proceedings, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Tea for two days only. The conference kit will be provided to the participants who are physically present during the conference. Registration Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, e-copy of the conference proceedings will be provided to all the paper contributors. One paper will be accepted against one registration.
Accommodation Charges
Limited rooms are available for accommodation at KIIT Guest Houses and will be allotted on first come first serve basis. Charges will have to pay extra in advance along with registration fee. The Package tariff includes complimentary breakfast and check out time is 12 noon.
KIIT Guest House Charges
However, participants are advised to book their accommodation in nearby low cost guest houses and other hotels directly as per their requirement and choice.
Organizing Committee will try to provide free accommodation for the regular students of BLISc and MLISc in University Hostels. Recommendation letter is required from the head of the department.
